Grenada Technical Audit

I undertook a technical audit on behalf of the World Bank of a £5 million coastal defence and road rehabilitation project in Grenada. The objective of the technical audit was to determine whether correct World Bank procurement procedures had been followed, what environmental mitigation methods had been implemented and whether the works had been completed in accordance with the design. I had a small team of environmental and coastal defence specialists and a team of local consulting engineers to carry out tests and surveys etc.

The findings of the Technical Audit were presented to the Word Bank and the client initially in the form of a workshop. This provided the means to obtain feedback prior to submitting the final report.
