The Road Network Development Project is funded by the Asian Development Bank and consists of 42 national and international contracts. The objective of this project is to improve access into remote mountainous areas and includes basic access roads and the construction of a 96 metre steel bridge.

Initially appointed as Team Leader during a change in personnel I returned to the project at the request of the client to assume the position of Contact Specialist.

I now carry out assessments of decisions made by local dispute adjudication and prepare recommendations to the Ministry of Roads for potential subsequent actions (i.e. arbitration, litigation). I also assist and provide advice in preparing statements of case, responses and rebuttals on behalf of the Employer.

Further duties include the assessment of claims and preparation of Engineers determinations.
